Meet Lt. Col. (Res.) Eran Massas

a warrior, lifesaver, and messenger of hope

On October 7th, as a national tragedy unfolded, Eran acted without hesitation. He grabbed a pistol, got into his vehicle, and drove south alone — without orders.

He fought terrorists, evacuated survivors under fire, and was the first to document the horrors of the Nova party massacre, repeatedly asking, “Is anyone alive here?”

His chilling videos were shown at the United Nations.

Though deeply wounded himself, Eran turned his pain into purpose, founding a project to bring hope, strength, and healing to soldiers whose souls remain on that battlefield.

Since then, Eran has become an international advocate — speaking, testifying, and sharing this story to ensure the world never forgets.

Above all, today he fights for those wounded on the inside.

A Resilience and Empowerment Retreat for Warriors

Three intensive days of deep healing for body and mind,

offering warriors a rare opportunity to pause, breathe, and reconnect with themselves — a breath of fresh air and the beginning of a new path.

During the retreat, warriors undergo a unique multidisciplinary experience:

Ice baths and advanced breathing techniques to strengthen the nervous system and release tension,

workshops and free movement that bring joy back into the body,

creative crafts that heal the soul through the hands,

and powerful sound healing that restores inner calm and connects to deep peace.

This is a safe, supportive, and nurturing space — where warriors can, for the first time in a long while, lay down their armor and truly begin to live again.
